Zephyr Cove



From elegant settings on the shores of one of the most beautiful alpine lakes in the world, to the picturesque views of the Carson Valley, this portion of the state is home to anyone who is looking for easy access to the great outdoors.

On this southeastern shore of Lake Tahoe there are many quaint and cozy communities to choose from: Zephyr Cove, Stateline, Round Hill, Cave Rock and Glenbrook. Each area is unique and varies in conveniences, scenic views, isolation and home costs.

You will find that most of the homes are larger on this side of the border with stands of pine, cottonwood, stark granite outcroppings and many with spectacular views. Stateline is the largest of the communities and the hot spot for nightlife.
