PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
For Aaron Smith, real estate is a science. Geography to be exact. Aaron recently received a BS in Geography from the University of Nevada, Reno with an emphasis on economic urban geography. His studies have provided him with an incredible resource for his clients, the ability to analyze and evaluate the site-specific advantages and opportunities of each unique business location. Aaron focuses on matching client needs to the location that maximizes their investment potential, profit and satisfaction. He knows he has succeeded when his client is happy and making happy real estate clients is in Aaron’s blood. His grandfather, grandmother and uncle all work in the real estate industry.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
In 2004 Aaron was hired to head the Commercial Real Estate Research Department at Dickson Realty. Aaron soon received his Nevada real estate license and is now a commercial real estate leasing and sales agent with Fennell & Associates

Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Aaron was an utility surveyor and G.I.S. technician at Truckee Meadows Water Authority; an assistant manager of Winner’s Corner Express Detail Shop; and a summer camp counselor at Fairview Lake Summer Camp (YMCA of the Oranges).

Bachelor of Science, Geography-University of Nevada, Reno

Aaron is a member of the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors, Sparks Chamber of Commerce, Reno Tahoe Young Professional Network, and University of Reno Nevada Alumni association.

PERSONAL:
Honesty and straight-forward communication define Aaron’s work ethic. When he’s not busy tracking demographic variations, Aaron can be found spending time with friends and family, snow skiing, mountain biking, and golfing.
